Ingredients

Bella's Black Magic Cupcakes

  • 1 box Betty Crocker chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 1 1/4 c water
  • 1/2 c canola oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c Carol Shelton Black Magic Late Harvest Zin
  • 4 Tablespoons ground flax seed (optional, makes it healthier so you do not feel guilty eating these sinful little treasures)

Black Magic Frosting

  • 2 c powdered sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1 stick of butter (at room temperature)
  • approx 1/4 c Carol Shelton Black Magic Late Harvest Dessert Wine (to desired consistency)

Steps

  1. Add Black Magic and flax seed to cake mix. Follow directions on box.

Black Magic Frosting

  1. Beat all ingredients together with electric mixer until smooth. Tap into your inner artistic creativity to top the cupcakes after frosting them!
