Ingredients
Bella's Black Magic Cupcakes
- 1 box Betty Crocker chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1 1/4 c water
- 1/2 c canola oil
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c Carol Shelton Black Magic Late Harvest Zin
- 4 Tablespoons ground flax seed (optional, makes it healthier so you do not feel guilty eating these sinful little treasures)
Black Magic Frosting
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 3 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1 stick of butter (at room temperature)
- approx 1/4 c Carol Shelton Black Magic Late Harvest Dessert Wine (to desired consistency)
Steps
- Add Black Magic and flax seed to cake mix. Follow directions on box.
Black Magic Frosting
- Beat all ingredients together with electric mixer until smooth. Tap into your inner artistic creativity to top the cupcakes after frosting them!
